Report Changes
A new graph showing the ships flown by characters who received a temp ban for macro use (botting). We are mindful that a relatively low number of temp bans, compared to permanent bans, makes the number of ships quite small.
Enforcement Trends
Payment Disputes - Increase in attempts at credit card fraud to purchase PLEX. Most fraud was either rejected at the point of purchase or caught during Player Support's review of purchases, thus preventing the PLEX from being delivered to the buyer.
Automated Account Creation - A significant number of bans are related to the mass creation of accounts that were used to farm Twitch drop rewards.
