Fitting mavens, Pyfa princes, meta masterminds, and tournament enjoyers of all walks of life, we have great news! One of New Eden’s most beloved and long-standing player-run tournaments, The Anger Games, is back again this April for Anger Games 7!
The Anger Games is one of EVE’s longest-running player-organized tournaments, designed and run by members of the community. It’s a 7v7 team deathmatch style tournament with a similar structure to EVE’s Alliance Tournament, but different enough to create some unique metas and strategies.
Player-run competitions play a pivotal role in the competitive EVE scene, allowing pilots to compete, experiment, sharpen their skills, and dip their toes into this unique gameplay. In fact, many tournament veterans had their first structured experience in events just like this, and successful teams tend to place very highly in the AT.
Anger Games 7 is looking to fill the bracket with a whopping sixty teams! The format begins with a 5-team group stage, moving into a double elimination tournament. That makes for a lot of explosions and experience for competing teams. Since the tournament is held on our Thunderdome server, getting the ships (and skills) is taken care of so the barrier to entry is quite low.
Prospective team captains should head over to the Anger Games Discord server and follow the instructions to register. Pilots looking for teams can also join, as competitors are always looking for new talent to join their ranks.

If glory isn’t reason enough to compete, there are some stellar prizes up for grabs this year. There are hundreds of billions of ISK and PLEX in the prize pool, and the top performers will even get one of the most sought-after AT ships of all: the Laelaps!
Team registrations & rosters are open until March 15, 2026
Anger Games 7 will take place over three weekends in April, with coverage on 11 & 12, 18 & 19, and the finals on the 25 & 26.
For interested viewers, the matches will all be broadcast live on the CCP Twitch channel from 17:00 to 22:00, offering viewers the opportunity to engage in match predictions for SKIN rewards!
There will be a full contingent of talented player commentators, hosts, analysts, refs, and observers. So whether this is your first tournament or your 20th you’ll be able to follow along with all the action.
Anger Games continues to be a fantastic showcase of what the EVE community can build together, and we’re excited to see another year of creative strategies and fierce competition unfold. A big thank you to the tournament organizers and volunteers who make the event possible.
