The EVE Online Game Masters (GMs) will soon be allowed to have fun at work! Isn’t that nice?
On Monday 28 September, GM Week 2026 officially kicks off! The Game Masters are the people who answer your tickets, support released features, and monitor server issues and policy infractions. As part of the Player Experience team at Fenris Creations, usually abbreviated as PX, we are here to assist you whenever technical, billing, or gameplay-related issues threaten to ruin your day.
As is tradition during GM Week, we have multiple streams scheduled at different times during the event. To help everyone clear their schedules so you can join us on the Fenris Creations Twitch channel, here is the tentative streaming schedule for GM Week. Note that all times are UTC / EVE server time.

Additionally, some of the more laser-thirsty and adventurous GMs will stream roams around New Eden with very little warning, and we constantly get more ideas for fun things to do, so this schedule is not finite. But in case you want to be there when we ‘accidentally’ break open some botter-confiscated assets, we’ll do it twice this week!
As for the annual GM & ISD roam, Pando has agreed to lead us to glory, explosions, and good laughs.

We want to take some time to answer questions that you, the community, may have about PX or GMs specifically. For that purpose, we have opened a thread on the forums and a section on the EVE Online Discord under the GM Week section, where you can ask any questions you want, and we should be able to answer them. Simple or difficult, silly or serious - we are open to all questions.
