Mission briefing We've been wondering for some time now why the Guristas strikes on our convoys have been so well timed and coordinated, considering our people usually take the utmost caution when it comes to security and secrecy. But I think we've found the answer.
Some time ago our surveillance team stumbled across a hidden Guristas base located in a deadspace pocket not far from here. We didn't think much of it at first ... until we actually sent in one of our undercover agents to investigate. He did not return with his life, but we did manage to salvage his report from the wreckage of his ship. And from what he discovered, the area is being used to cover up a gigantic telescope, which the Guristas are apparently using to spy on our assets here in ***. This telescope is so powerful that it's illegal to use in Amarr Empire space without a permit, and those are hard to come by. The interference from the deadspace pocket hides it from our scanners, but it is still able to scan everything outside. An ingenious method of espionage, don't you think?
Your task is simple. Since we've located the base already, all we require you to do is warp over there and destroy it. But although it may sound simple, you should expect heavy resistance. They wouldn't leave such vital equipment lightly guarded.
