Useful in a variety of nuclear scenarios, and an essential material for the maintenance of Minmatar Control Towers. May be obtained by reprocessing the following ice ores: 1.0 security status solar system or lower: Glacial Mass 0.0 security status solar system or lower: Smooth Glacial Mass
