Mission briefing Seems like those Amarrians you took out were just scouts, we're not quite sure where this fugitive is hiding. What we do know is the presence of another similar nearby scout outpost. Perhaps if you went there you could get some information out of them as to the whereabouts of our target. We need to find him as soon as possible, before he is able to strike.

A further update, War Situation is now two different missions arcs each with two parts. One is a combat mission the other a courier mission.

None of the buildings in the first pocket dropped any loot.
In the second pocket there's was some crappy loot in the "general's quarters" structure wreck.
The mission is very easy and the reward is good (both the cache/items and the LP).
In Buck's wreck I found a 2 point charizma implant and a few other interesting things. The salvage was not good...
