Over the course of the last couple of hours, we have received a number of reports of issues with gifting in the New Eden Store.
At this point in time, the gifting system is returning a "Purchase Failed" error. This applies to the gifting of all services, SKINs and apparel in the New Eden Store.
We are currently investigating the issue, and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
