Mission briefing:

Recently, we started noticing an increased presence of Caldari military drones in the area. Our fears were just confirmed a few hours ago when one of our members stumbled upon a transport ship with a State logo on its hull parked in ***. A ship scan revealed a hoard of construction blocks in its cargo hold. This means they must be constructing something in the proximity, which is of course unacceptable. Their project must be stopped in its infancy at all costs. I want you to warp to a remote stargate in *** which we believe the latest transport ship we spotted was intending to use. Wait for a few minutes until it arrives. But hurry before it's too late!
And remember, do not reveal your identity to anyone nearby, as we want to keep a lid on this operation. We do not want to ignite the spark of a full fledged war with the State.
