Seems like those Amarrians you took out were just scouts, we're not quite sure where this fugitive is hiding. What we do know is the presence of another similar nearby scout outpost. Perhaps if you went there you could get some information out of them as to the whereabouts of our target. We need to find him as soon as possible, before he is able to strike.
