Sabotage the Supply Line (level 3 agent)
Serpentis version
Mission briefing:
One of our spies within the Serpentis Pirates reported that an ore convoy would be heading through *** on a routine trip to supply their construction workers with minerals. We managed to locate the ore convoy and trace its route to a Guristas Pirates outpost in a nearby system; Apparently they are building an extension to the structure of their base there. We will deal with that in due time, but first we need to disrupt their supply lines. So I'd like you to head to out to a rendevouz point with the next ore freight that passes through *** and ambush it. You don't need to bring back the ore, just make sure any Guristas Pirates ships in the area are destroyed and the cargo with them.
As you can see in the journal, the encounter looks easy enough. The convoy is being guarded by a small mercenary force, hired by the Guristas Pirates. But I warn you, these ore convoys are probably under heavy surveillance, if there are any Guristas Pirates fighter ships in the vicinity, they WILL attack you as soon as they receive the distress call from their precious convoy.
Spot:
1x Ore Supply Freighter
1x Mercenary Commander
2x Mercenary Elite Fighters
5x Mercenary Fighters
Wave1:
1x Serpentis Chief Watchman
1x Serpentis Chief Patroller
2x Serpentis Defenders
Wave2:
5x Serpentis Defender
1x Serpentis Chief Watchman
Wave3:
4x Serpentis Protectors
1x Serpentis Chief Patroller |

3 Level Agents : Eliminate The Pirate Campers (angel version)
Mission briefing:
I have something suited for someone of your caliber. There is a hidden stargate in *** which is frequented by pilots employed by allies of the *** State. It so happens that a gang of vagabonds, belonging to the Angel Cartel, have 'set up camp' near the stargate in the hopes of catching easy prey traveling via the gate. In other words they will attack any passersby that do not adhere to their terrorist organization.
We've considered sending in the military, but I'm afraid they might make a quick get-away should they discover who's after them. Therefore I'd like you to fly there and try to be as inconspicuous as possible, that should lure them into attacking you. Once you've succeeded in destroying them, then return to me for your reward.
Encounter:
Destroy all NPC's
1x Gistior Defacer
4x Gistior Shatterer
1x Gistum Depredator
1x Gistum Crusher
1x Gistum Predator |

3 Level Agents : Pirate Invasion (serpentis version)
We received a report just a couple hours ago from our secret agents that revealed plans by our enemies to make a sneak attack against us in this very system! We believe this plan will take effect in a matter of minutes, as our surveillance teams have spotted a number of their ships mobilizing inside ***. I personally received a message from our esteemed CEO, Mininela Erinen, to send my most trusted contacts against these scoundrels, and so I ask you ***, are you up to it? All I need you to do is fly over to 5 locations and destroy all of the hostile ships you encounter, my other clients will take care of the rest. This will hopefully deter them from any further mobilization within ***.

Mission 1: no change
Hint for the last step: the Amarr Navy Jakars contain the marines, kill them and the mission can be completed without taking on the rest of the BS. NB: you WILL be rushed by 12+ inties with web/scram - be prepared for a mosquito fleet at under 8km range (smartbombs? light drones?). I got webbed back to 0.1m/s! And those Jakars are fast, orbit 40km, have a fierce armour tank, and do a LOT of damage. Very tough fight. I had to sneak up to one and web him before he agro'd so he'd stay in range of the blasters. Couldn't break his tank with just drones.
Mission 2: No Change
Mission 3: No Change
Hint: After you take out all the ships, you need to kill the EM force field then loot the prison. (Don't need to shoot the prison, it's a container you loot by being close to it.) So don't forget to destoy the shield before you fetch your toothless loot-collecting frigate! Otherwise it's a looooong trip back in the battleship :<
Time-based reward was a nice +3 memory chip, too.
Mission 4: totally different, with new ships I've never seen before that are not in the NPC ship DB. It seems like em/therm tank and therm dmg works OK (as per normal Amarr Navy npcs).
step 1
no agro deadspace
N1:
5x Imperial Security officer (crs, orbit 20k)
2x Imperial Security Captain (bs, pretty fast, pretty easy kills)
1x imperial security commander (bs, long range, orbit 40km, slow, armr tank)
N2:
5x imperial security guard (frig web/scramble inties, hard to kill)
3x imperial security captain (bs)
N3:
5x imperial guard (frig)
3x imperial security captain (bs)
another step (at least) in this mission.
(To Be Continued....) |

Mission 4 (cont):
You need the key from mission 3 in your cargo hold to enter this mission, even if you are in a loot-fetcher after you've killed everything. Key is not used up tho. |

Viral Infector Drones appear to have the wrong stats now (not sure when it may have changed). They orbit at 21km, rather than the 5500m listed at http://eveinfo.com/npcship/3745/
Compare to the stats on:
http://npc.elfarto.com/view.php?id=3745
which has the correct orbit distance; it sugests different damage too. |

Mission 4 (continued):
------------------------------
In The Midst Of Deadspace (4 of 5)
Mission briefing
Now that we have the keycard it's time to send you to
the third gate. Make sure you're well equipped and ready
for anything the Amarr or Caldari might pit you against,
because I have absolutely no idea what lies beyond the
acceleration gate.
I will fit your ship with some high tech sensors of my
own, just in case I'm able to spot something that you
miss. Don't worry, it won't fill a module slot. Now get going!
This mission expires at xxxx
Overview and Objectives
The following objectives must be completed to finish the mission:
Kill Objective
Fly to the second room of the Amarr complex and read the transmission text from your agent.
Follow his orders, then return back to his station.:
---------
When you jump into the second section, there are 3 Amarr Sentry Guns, a "gate to the headquarters" (deadspace type gate at 0m) and an "imperial stargate" (inter-system type gate at 60-ish km). Your agent sends you a message saying "kill the gate" but you have to pick the right one! You can't hurt the "gate to headquaterters" - drones won't target it, blasters do 0.0 dmg, smartbombs don't hurt it - you need to kill the distant one. And it takes a LOT of killing..... shld and armr no problems, the "hull" is HUUUGE.
Eventually, 2 Amar Navy Jakars turn up. Dunno how long it takes but it's a while..... I messed around, killed the towers warped out then back again and they were there. |

OK, that sugests that the problem probably occures with other things too (note to self, dont turn off the explosive hardener vs drone controllers to save energy).
And does this mean that you are not interested in updating the eve-info versin of the database when things are wrong?
Hopefully, of course, there will be a more acutate data dump to process soon. |
