EveInfo new look and features

Please take a look at new design of new eveinfo.

It's just preview - when site engine goes stable stage - rest of current features will be migrated to new engine.

Your opinion, suggestions, corrections very appreciated.

This is a new look and site engine is core of new mission database system.

I will develop public accessible mission editor - hop it will helps our community kept mission data fresh and updated.

Sorry for everyone who posts missions data at our forum and doesn't seen it at our database. This situation caused by some technical difficult and human factor. Everything will changes soon...

New features has been added to Eve Items Database:

- highlight T2 items
- items comparison tool

Nice , i like it , and especially the new section for fittings and their information about each module . Kudos !

looks ok, but a bit tedius to browse through if you dont know exacly what your looking for.
as for information about an item, having text's clipped in the main description exmpl. the hardwires wich one would mainly want to read what each hardwire does, and maybe compare couple together?

hardwires, boosters, riggs etc, all have the effects detailed in the description, and often one just wants to read through what 'might' fitt best, and having to open a window for each one is way to tedius when the text might be smaller, or tables just a tad larger, etc.

letting you see details instantly.

the main browser tab is a bit lacking, since you have sub'cat' in subcats, in subcats etc...etc... 'sub cat ==> sub catagory' =/ and having to open a new subcatagory to get up other subcatagories just to get more subcatagories and load a page everytime.. >.<
idea might be to use dynamic links in the main bar?
or dynamic 'quickbar on top of page?

dont despair, im putting forth a review on what's lacking, and not whats good =) since what's not commented on, is quality work =P

navigation backwards is good, but forward is a hassle..(as such, doable but a bit of a hassle)

on another note.
To have info to 'show hidden/unpublished' cathcable/sessionable so when going back and checking mods info etc.. u dont really have to open up these things again....?

another idea might have info window.. instead of opening a new page, using hidden iframe using alpha lvl's 'similar as the hidden/unpublished tables.
iframes simulating tabs maybe?.. "#?=description #?=attribs #?=req skills etc.." links to then being able to parse that info into the iframe, never reloading an extra page for getting your info and only fetching info from the DB except when fethcing the info on any particular ship.

anyhow.. looking forward seeing the page getting an overhaul, missed the info this site has pushed out into the public =)
getting outdated quickly and less and less info correct =/

missions gotten out dated, most intell about agentrunning is outdated.
not checked the cosmos but im guessing allot of that is lacking any changes... etc..
so... love that work is bein set in motion to get things upp and running again =)

will start looking at eve info again now =)
