ORE Syndicate BPO/ Price and Where ?

Hi all

I think I am close or over 6.0 faction standing with ORE now

CAn some kind soul tell/ explain to me how and where I could BUY the barges BPO's

I am pretty sure the Tech 2 barges are like the rest of tech 2, almost unobtainable, but I would like to get the Middle/Large one if possible

I checked EVE Info for the ORE Syndicate agent database, and it tells me that;
