I'm getting hung up on a splash.bmp that doesn't exist in my current install.

Anyone else having any luck patching up?

I'm downloading the full 27121 install - I'll try that and then patch.

Installing a full 27121 on a fresh machine then patching up worked. Now if I can just get it to work on my game machine...

Yep, looks like it worked, just install 27121 over your current install then patch up.
