which gives better dmg when using on webbers/scramblers and frigs: target painters or webbers, when using a cerb??

am just trying to figure out which would be better to go on cerb for lvl 3 missions.

Probably a painter, as it makes the missiles hit harder (or are you using rails?). Eventually they're going to slow down so they can orbit you, so the webber isn't gonna help as much as the painter.

im new back to the game, been afk for over a year. So whats all this about painters? is it worth having one on my Raven for mission running? I would be dropping a cap recharger 2 for it if I did

The web is useful in a few targets, but the painter against any target. So I vote painter.
If you train your skills and put a T2 on (not expensive), you will see great difference in the ammo you use in a mission.

Skills you need:
Target painting 4
Signature focusing 3-4
and of curse electronics 5

Gingaluvin, the painter is also really useful in a Raven. If you have a spare slot then go for it.
