For Damsel in Distress, warp to the mission at 100m, start burning away. Fire thermal and protect against kinetic and explosive. Smile

Also, Xor uses thermal cruise missiles, so once you finish the first wave of reinforcements, refit for thermal hardeners.

The Guristas version of this is aggro bugged all to hell as of April 20.

In the 2nd room, 1 spawn automatically attacks. Launching drones or bringing in another ship causes the other 2 spawns to attack the 2nd ship. If the person warps out or you reel in your drones, they don't aggro the 1st person, but will aggro drones or another person if they come back in. Just lost 7 T2 drones finding that out :'(

Cargo Delivery

When you warp in, nobody there, then some Serpentis ship coming. You can just take the quafe ultra from the warehouse and run home. Or stay and fight Smile

1st wave:

2x Core Flotilla Admiral
1x Corelum Chief Infantry
1x Corelatis High Captain (trigger for next wave)
1x Corelum Guardian Chief Safeguard
1x Coreli Guardian Patroler

2nd wave
5x Core Vice Admiral
1x Dune Conal
3x Corelum Guardian Chief Protector

the second wave is also triggered when you take the quafe out of the container.

otherwise keep the BS on distance and kill the bc and cruiser first, then it is fairly easy

Hey guys, regarding this mission, this is the data I have. I've did this mission twice, and twice it spawned the same things for me.

Everything else is the same, so I'll just name out the spawn lists.

Agent Level: 4
Agent Corp: Caldari Navy
Effective Standing: 9.2

Upon warping to mission area, your agent will tell you....
It appears that our convoy has met an untimely end. This will not do. I want you to find whoever is responsible and avenge this affront to our reputation. Do not return until your task is finished.

And 25 seconds later...
Drone: Dzzzzzzzzt Rttttzzzz ... More prey ... Drrrrzzzzt
Rogue drones have appeared!

Spawn 1
1x Defeater Alvatis [Deadspace Rogue Drone Battlecruiser]
3x Bomber Alvum [Deadspace Rogue Drone Cruiser]

Killing ANY of the drones in the first spawn WILL trigger a new spawn that consists of drone BSes and drones from frigates to BCs.

This is what i've destroyed in Spawn 1 and what i've got in return.

Spawn 2 (Killing 1x Bomber Alvum) More drones have warped in.
2x Enforcer Alvatis [Deadspace Rogue Drone Battlecruiser]
2x Supreme Alvus Parasite [Deadspace Rogue Drone Battleship]

Spawn 3 (Killing 1x Defeater Alvatis) More drones have warped in.
2x Bomber Alvum [Deadspace Rogue Drone Cruiser]
3x Supreme Alvus Parasite [Deadspace Rogue Drone Battleship]

Spawn 4 (Killing another Bomber Alvum) More drones have warped in.
2x Supreme Alvus Parasite [Deadspace Rogue Drone Battleship]
3x Predator Alvior [Deadspace Rogue Drone Destroyer]

Spawn 5 (Killing last Bomber Alvum) More drones have warped in.
3x Alvus Ruler [Deadspace Rogue Drone Battleship]
3x Strain Decimator Alvi [Deadspace Rogue Drone Frigate]

I've got about 1.5km³ worth of precious alloys from these drones. And that amount to quite a handsome sum of money when refined into minerals and sold to the right merchants.

Also, as a note that I've noticed about the BSes, for SOME reason, they did NOT fire their explosive missiles at me. Meaning, except for the Bomber Alvum, no other drones fired a single missile at me. That alone, effectively wasted my hardening slots on explosive resists. Perhaps those who get this mission again, try to watch if the BSes throw any missiles at you. If they do not, guess we can reserve the resist for other painful damage types.

And in the case of Spawn 3 as shown here, 2 more Bomber Alvum showed up after killing the Defeater Alvatis. I'm not sure if you still have any remaining Bomber Alvums left when you encounter this, but if you do, there's a chance you'll be too busy paying attention to the BSes and forgot to keep track which Bomber Alvum is the trigger. If you have decent Targeting skills, target n lock all of the initial drones, and keep them locked at all times, so that you won't mix up the newcomers with the triggers. You don't wanna push the wrong button on the wrong targets =) If you have level 3 Targeting at least, you can lock 2 more new targets. That's more than enough =) Enjoy!

Surprise Surprise lvl 4 (Amarr)

Mission briefing
One of our patrol teams noticed a suspicious looking craft on it's system scanner. I'd like you to investigate the matter. If the craft is hostile, destroy it. Report back to me with your findings.

I'll supply you with a bookmark to it's approximate location, just be wary of any other hostile activity in the area. I expect a swift return ********.

Overview and Objectives
The following objectives must be completed to finish the mission:

Objective
Investigate the disturbance at the location of the bookmark, deal with any hostiles, then report back to your agent.:

Warped in at 30 km.
Spawn 1
1. Amarr Transport Ship (Bestower)

Amarr Captain: You wouldn't hurt an unarmed civilian ship, now would you ?
Oppon Aggression This comes

Amarr Commander: We have them! The fools fell for it. I knew my plan was foolproof! Once we get back to base I'll have that promotion brought to me on a silver platter.

More Amarr ships have appeared from the shadows
Spawn 2
1. 3x Imperial Tanakh (BS) Amargeddon
2. 4x Imperial Templar Donus (Cruiser) Omen
3. 2x Imperial Templar Tamir (Cruiser) Maller

After First BS kill Armageddon
Spawn 3

2. 2x State Tenkyu (BS) Scorpion

Last of the 3 Armageddons downed
Spawn 4
1. 1x Caldari Stasis Tower
2. 3x State Tenkyu (BS) Scorpion

The spawns are much more bs-heavy now, compared to Rooker's screenshots. About the only thing that's the same is the number of rooms.

Every room has at least 10 bs except the last. the bs make up almost 50% of their numbers, so torps and other anti-bs weapons are recommended.

Both first and second stage had reinforcements when one of the bs' was attacked (not destroyed). So be ready to scoop drones when that happens. And the reinforcements aren't just one ship, they come in force, so moving towards a stellar object might be a good idea as well.

In the second room it was when one of the "unique" battleships in the left group got attacked, that the reinforcements came. It was NOT the Core Grand Admiral, but the other.

Third room had no reinforcements.

Every room had a single spawn auto-aggro, and no drone/buddy-aggro bugs. In the reinforcements, every ship but one of the bs' seemed to target the mission runners ship. This was the same both in room 1 and room 2.

If I run this mission again, I'll grab a screenshot of every spawn (incl. reinforcements)

Mission Step N 2:
NPCs do not attack after warp. Keep your kinetic Precision missiles loaded, and fly towards the four Dire Pithi frigates in Spawn 1 so you can get in drone range. Switch out to regular kinetic missiles and light up the cruisers. No structures to loot, but look at all those floating corpses!

Spawn 1:
Pithum Inferno x4
Pithum Mortifier x1
Dire Pithi Invader x2
Dire Pithi Destructor x1
Dire Pithi Demolisher x1

In a mission named "The Assault," did you think you might have to tank kinetic? EVERYTHING ELSE is in Spawn 2. Drones on the frigates, snap up the cruisers, then chew on the battleships. Save the elite frigates for last drone targets. They'll have enough time to wear them down while you're bashing battleships. Nowhere near as difficult as Stage 6 of Guristas Extravaganza. This is just being able to tank while you eliminate their damage capability.

Spawn 2:
Pith Obliterator x2
Pith Dismantler x1
Pithatis Enforcer x4
Pithum Mortifier x1
Pithum Inferno x2
Pithi Despoiler x2
Pithi Saboteur x2
Pithior Guerilla x4
Pithior Renegade x6
Dire Pithi Infiltrator x1
Dire Pithi Invader x1

I have screen shots (before and after each spawn) if an admin would like to message me.

Pretty much the same for me, except I had reinforcements spawn on the last (I hope) step. 4 Dire Pithi Killers (jamming cruisers) and 4 Pithum XXXXX (jamming battleships).

Due to the fact that I had < 12 hours left to finish the misison by the time I got to the end room, and the fact that they can take turns jamming you until your tank breaks, and the fact that I had to give up BCU's for gravimetric arrays (and still got jammed), I think I will fail this mission.

4x jamming cruiser + 4x jamming battleship = no killing

Petitioned it, GM said it's all within mechanics so discuss it on the forums if you feel the need to let others and devs know.

It doesn't use a warp gate, so if you got a carrier, go ahead and use that Razz, I ended up having use the chimera because my t2 raven almost got wtfpwned to next week and back (I was able to warp out in structure) however the t2 kitted thorax support had to die, it took the attention of the scrambling frigs Sad.

First time I've contributed.

I did not see this mission in the DB:

L4 Smuggler_Interception (Angel Cartel)

I've take some pics. I forgot to grab the description.

Second try.

Level 4 Agents: Unauthorized Military Presence

Mission briefing
We've spotted an unauthorized Angel Cartel personnel transport ship flying through Ridoner. Cargo scanners revealed a load of militants on board, no doubt a part of a ground force intended to strike a target near here. We don't know where they are headed or what they're up to, but we definitely want to find out. I request that you intercept the transport and capture the men on board. Bring them back to us for questioning.

We believe the escort team is split up into a few groups. If you strike fast and hard, you'll probably avoid getting swarmed by them all at once. Just keep a look out for any stray ships, we don't want them escaping back to their homebase to report the incident.

Overview and Objectives
The following objectives must be completed to finish the mission:

Bring Item Objective
Acquire these goods:
10 unit of militants

Objective
Intercept the personnel transport ship and bring militants to your agent.:

Mission briefing
We have reports of terrorists wrecking havoc in ****. Our convoys have been attacked, as well as some outlying outposts. They seem to be intent on causing as much damage as possible. I'd like you to take care of them, as quickly as possible. And be aware that they may not all be gathered together when you arrive and if so you will be able to pick them off as they warp in to the rendezvous point.

Mission Type: Kill
Enemy: EoM
Spot
attack at warp in, yes

Original Spawn at Warp in:
3x EoM Hydra
3x EoM Crusader

(I use -> for trigger. If there's more than one in a group, the last one to die usually triggers, with the possible exception of the saboteurs)

Each Crusader triggers a chain of spawns:
EoM Crusader -> 2x EoM Death Knight -> EoM Hydra -> EoM Hydra + EoM Ogre -> EoM Death Lord

EoM cCusader -> 2x EoM Death Knight -> EoM Hydra -> EoM Hydra + EoM Ogre -> EoM Death Lord

EoM Crusader -> EoM Death Knight -> EoM Hydra + 2x EoM Saboteur -> EoM Hydra + EoM Ogre -> EoM Death Lord

I don't know if the Saboteur one is random or if it is the third crusader killed that spawns it.

TIP: Kill a Crusader plus all of the chain that it spawns before moving to the next Crusader. Otherwise you end up with possibly 6 battleships at the same time.

I want you to escort a convoy of trade goods heading out towards our headquarters. It's just a formality, but a necessary one nonetheless. You'll find a bookmark to their current location inside your NeoCom.

* Objective *
Fly to the convoy and escort it back to base. (doesn't happen)

* Other Info *

Eve Version: Rev 1.4

Mission Level: 4
Mission Type: Kill
Type: Dead Space?
Warp Gate: No
Other Warp Gates/Rooms: No
Item need to finish mission: No

after warping into the mission ....

5 Spawns in Total.

Total Drone Count (from wrecks):

6x Alvus Ruler
1x Bomber Alvum
3x Defeater Alvatis
2x DisintegratorAlvum
2x Enforcer Alvatis
2x Predator Alvior
2x Strain Render Alvi
2x Supreme Alvus Parasite

Forgive me for no screen shots or spawn count order of drones.
Was to busy trying not to get my 200mil+ BS popped Smile the DPS from the all the spawns is pretty damn crazy.
The drone count was taken from the wrecks left over which may not be corrent.

As you can see the time between the spawns appearing is VERY fast.

Im sure someone else can do a better job at the spawn count them me

Rolling Eyes

The original 4 drones that appear are all triggers individually. When you blow one up it triggers one spawn. So blow one up, kill the spawn, then blow another and kill the spawn etc...

New mission to me--Level4 Recon

3 parts and combat heavy -- any one else care to share experiences?

Am just about to tackle the Third segement but the pre-amble kinda makes me hesitate, talk about trying to put the frighteners on you!!

Mission briefing
The next area you'll be scouting is known to be filled with hazardous gas clouds and radioactive materials. It used to be a waste dump for the Khanid Kingdom, but it also contains no mineral wealth at all so it's not a popular attraction for gold diggers fortunately.

I know there is still an acceleration gate inside the area and I want you to make sure it's still functioning and doesn't send you straight into a deadly cloud. It's a dangerous job, but I'm not paying you for garbage hauling now am I. Get to it and report back to me with your findings!

Objective
Navigate through the toxic cloud environment and activate the acceleration gate. Check if it is working properly, and then report back to your agent. You will probably need a good tank to survive this, a well tanked battleship is recommended.:

Wish me Luck!
