If you're running caracal this mission is extremely dangerous for you.
No matter what what jump distance you choose you're appearing in the middle of crowd and all of starts to shoot at u immediately, caracal shield ends in 5 seconds even with 2 gisti boosters and shield resist.The only option so far i found is jumping there with shuttle...when its wrecked in few sec i'm bookmarking this wreck and jumping to this bookmark 70 km this way jump range works ok.
Dunno where to put storyline missions, but got it for doing level 3 missions. So I post it here.

I just received news of a grave incident that occurred in Hedion a few hours ago. A convoy carrying our esteemed CEO was ambushed by an unusually large and organized pirate strike force. But fortune shone on us tonight, for due to the extraordinary bravery of our CEO's valiant escort team, he managed to escape unharmed, although slightly traumatised as you might expect. We lost many good men in this unfortunate incident, including the commander of our escort team ... may he rest in peace.
Now, I'll get right to the point. We believe the pirates managed to capture some of the crew of the cruiser that was escorting our CEO, for we found the wreckage of their ship close by the encounter location, but there was no trace of the bodies of most of the crew. Amarr Empire special forces have been called in and are scouring the area for any sign left behind by the pirates, who so far remain at large. We'd like you to help out in the investigation. We know of a popular pirate hideout in Hedion. I´ll upload the coordinates to your NeoCom: Please search the area for any clues, and if you take any prisoners, bring them back for interrogation.

We urgently need help intercepting a group of kidnappers who just managed to snatch the niece of our CEO while she was visiting her uncle in this very system. We believe the perpetrators were a gang of mercenaries led by a felon working for an illegal organization called the Darkonnen. I'll fill you in on the details of that organization in your mission journal.
What I need you to do is capture this agent of theirs, alive if possible. We must have him here for interrogation, for we suspect he is the missing link between the kidnapping and those who are truly responsible for this heinous crime. We need to get to the bottom of which organization stands behind these grave assaults against our people. And it so happens that we know the whereabouts of a certain pirate who has had many dealings with a Darkonnen agent in the past; we hope this pirate will be able to lead you to the agent. The only catch is that he will most likely require a bit of "convincing" on your part before he parts with the needed information. I'll upload the bookmark to his location into your NeoCom; once you have extracted the information from the middleman, I expect you to find the Darkonnen agent and bring him back to me.

The Darkonnen
The Darkonnen is an organization that sprung up from rogue elements within the Khanid Kindgom, starting off as a small band of smugglers operating between lawless space and Khanid-controlled territory. They were renowned for their ruthlessness in dealing with their competitors, eliminating a good deal of small-time criminals within the Kingdom, as well as cleverly eluding the local authorities most of the time. A few years ago, their founder and leader, Michelin Adonnis, was captured by Khanid secret police and sentenced to life in prison for various offenses. His arrest caused a slight setback for the outlawed organization, but in the end it turned out to be not enough to halt their inevitable expansion. Today they are a well known pirate/smuggler network who base their operations in numerous systems in Amarr and Khanid space.
Pop up when you enter the 1st Room
This asteroid field has just recently been settled, by a group of pirate freelancers. A hastily erected mobile habitat floats idly in the midst of the giant rocks, while three groups of mercenary ships lazily orbit various asteroids in defensive positions. One of the ships clearly has the markings of your target, Drazin Jaruk, who seems to be the leader of this bunch. You also notice another acceleration gate nearby, which you guess, judging from it's fairly clean exterior, has been only recently installed. Where it leads to is anyone's guess.
Mission briefing
While we wait for the interrogation of the prisoner you captured, I'd like you to transport a data chip we retrieved from his belongings to Sarum Prime III - Moon 2 - Imperial Academy School. We need it deciphered, and I happen to know the perfect man for the job, who lives at that station. We aren't sure if there is any incriminating evidence in the data, but we'd like to make sure nonetheless. By the time you get back, I expect our interrogators will have found some more leads.

Yes, the interrogation went well. We managed to find out who he was working for. Apparently he had been contacted by a Darkonnen agent and paid a vast sum of money to kidnap our CEO's niece. A foolhardy task, but he did manage to pull it off and transfer her into the hands of the criminals.
Also, the data disc you transported in your last mission has revealed even more to us. It contained the precise meeting points between the kidnappers and the Darkonnen agent for the past few weeks, as well as the exact coordinates for the next meeting, which is to take place very soon now. I'd like you to fly over there yourself and ambush the Darkonnen goons at that location. Be quick: I don't know how long they will wait for their contact to arrive.

Welcome, agent. I presume you are the one who reduced our base to rubble. That really ... complicated our operations, and caused our leader to become quite ... angry. Even so we don't blame you for it, you were simply following orders.
We were quite surprised to find out that the authorities had discovered the location of our outpost which you destroyed. We were certain that we had been betrayed, and during our thorough investigation of the matter we discovered that not only had we been betrayed but also framed by our most loathsome rivals, the Blood Raiders. Kidnappers Strike - The Final Battle (10 of 10)
Mission briefing
Our intelligence team has just informed us of new evidence that apparently points to the girl being held in a Blood Raider stronghold in Mabnen. According to our information, she is being held in their chapel and is going to be sacrificed in the near future in one of their bloody rituals. We must see that she is returned to her family safely before those despicable Blood Raider fanatics murder her.
There is a fundamental problem, however; the Blood Raiders are fully aware of our intention to free her and have sent in a fleet of their battleships to guard their outpost. Now, I certainly do not expect you to fight against such odds, but I firmly believe you capable of infiltrating their base, rescuing the girl, and escaping with your ship intact.
We have located a series of acceleration gates leading straight to the chapel. Once you arrive at the final room, all you have to do is destroy the chapel and retrieve the girl from the ejected safety capsule. (All of their chapels have this mechanism in place to save their priests from death should the structure be obliterated.) If we send in a fleet of ships, the Blood Raiders will simply kill her as soon as they realize they have lost. We need to hit them fast and hard, with a small force, before they know what hit them. That is the only chance we have of getting her out of there alive.
Now, if you do not find the girl alive after destroying the chapel, then active your warp drive immediately and get out of there! I wouldn't want to lose you needlessly, Ki Shodan. But rest assured, should you fall, then I will personally make sure the Raider scum pay the price. Good luck.

far from a complete walkthrough, but some info about "New Frontiers" level3 storyline:
somewhere/7, there is 1 or 2 energy neut battery.
5/7 there are 4 or 5 energy neutralizing batteries, that start sucking away your cap. That's enough to dry a NH-s cap.
I assume no problems with a passive tanked drake, but you won't be able to fire a rail/laser without cap.
6/7 is a courier.
7/7 kill again, no neuts, if you have good enough tank, just go through the gate, kill the BS, and complete.

If you can procure this mineral, I'm sure you'll be adequately rewarded. I have coordinates here to a mining site of ours where a bit of this rare substance can be found.
Green Arisite is related to Gneiss, which is itself rare and is typically found only in low-sec space; pirates and mercenaries of all stripes are often found in its vicinity. Don't go out there in a defenseless mining scow.

Dr. Lamia Calus' former mentor was the famous particle physicist and AI specialist, Professor Kajurei Delainen. A number of years of ago, though, Delainen disappeared. He was supposed to report to his laboratory at the appointed time, but he simply never appeared. His living quarters were cleared out and his bank accounts emptied and closed. Yet no evidence of criminal wrongdoing was ever found.
In any case, evidence has just surfaced that he in fact still lives ... and in this very system! Now Dr. Calus has reached a critical stage in her research, and Delainen was once the galaxy's foremost expert on both quantum particle physics and artificial intelligence. He claimed that the two fields were more closely related than anyone realized. His expertise would be invaluable to our current research.
Your mission is to bring him back here. One hitch, though: It is very possible that he will not come willingly. Don't take no for an answer.

Mission briefing
Somehow Delainen subverted Calus's research. They inserted the nanites, programmed by Prof. Delainen, into a battlecruiser's systems, but the things immediately began to malfunction. In less than ten minutes, they had changed the structure of the ship to ... something else. It blew a hole through the wall of the station into open space and blasted out of there. Everyone in the lab was killed, including Calus.
We believe that the nanites somehow merged Delainen into the ship they had created, making it some sort of bizarre biomechanical symbiote. But we need to know what happened for certain, and this ― well, this Delainen-ROM symbiote, I guess, for lack of a better name ― is the only thing that can give us the answers.
We want you to go out there and confront it; we've tracked its location, and it's still in this system. I've sent the coordinates to your NeoCom. Destroy it if you must, and then sift through the wreckage to find its central AI core. Bring that back for further study.

Delainen apparently formed some sort of bond or relationship with the rogue drone colony near his previous home. But it's worse than that. Even now there are ongoing subspace transmissions taking place between these drones and the AI unit you recovered ? the thing's intelligence core is most certainly not dead.
The drones have moved around several times, but they're remaining near, for whatever reason. Go to the Nuken system and destroy that rogue drone colony once and for all. The hive mind CPU and construction center is in the central hive structure. That is your target.
These drones are very, very advanced, and they've had time to build. You might even wish to take some help with you. Once they are all destroyed, salvage the hive mind CPU and return it to us.

When you jump into the mission you're approx 50km away from a heavily fortified drone structure containing:

After attacking the following will come out of the drone bunker:

After a few minutes while I was taking down the BS, these were released:
4 Disintegrator Alvum

After I started attacking one the the Neutralizer towers, these were released:

After a few minutes more, these were released:

Attacking the last Neutralizer tower drew out these drones:

After these were destroyed, I was able to blow up the Light missile batteries without any more interference. Then just pick up the AI core from the container next to the BS wreck and hand in the mission.
Tip: Passive EM resist is the way to go. Those 5 Neutralizer towers will drain your cap in less than a minute and you don't have time to take them down before the drones are all over you. Some of them have warp scramblers and you don't want to get caught. Best advice is to fly towards your exit and take out the drones as soon as they're in range. You can go back for the towers afterwards.

Dr. Calus has completed her study of the Delainen-ROM symbiote's AI core and the CPU you got for us. They're like nothing we've ever seen before. A strange combination of human thought patterns, atomic-scale nanites, and constantly evolving neural networks. And the thing wouldn't stop telling bad jokes! But if those nanites were ever loosed, they could easily latch onto the nearest ship and reconstitute themselves. We just can't risk that happening ... again.
But it's also too valuable to destroy. We have placed the items in a special cryogenic container for temporary cold storage. The closest station with an adequate facility for long-term cryogenic storage is in xxxxx - xxxxxx, though. Please take the container over there for safekeeping.

That green goo in your cargohold was far more dangerous than we first realized. Some nanites -- perhaps even the very ones from your cargohold -- somehow made their way onto a battleship called Solar Cinder, which blasted out of its hangar just a few minutes ago. We don't know what to call this thing now, but it is sentient, and shows many similarities to the Delainen-ROM symbiote. But this is a battleship. An uncontrolled battleship with human-patterned AI ... and capable of self-replication!
We need you to get out there and destroy it! The military is on the way, but they will not be here in force before it has time to escape, if that's what it intends.
This won't be easy. That ship was heavily armed, and the symbiote's drone technology is very advanced. Furthermore, we believe that it can actually "heal" itself. You just might want to get some assistance on this one.
