complex info/DB/guide??

Hi!

I am looking for good info about complexes.
Like what is needed to do it (keys, skills, hacking etc. etc.)
What will i find in the plex?
How hard is it?
What can jump into it?

So all i wonder, is there some kind of DB on complexes in EVE and is there some way to find info about them?

What i really want to know is how it works with skills and extra modules to be able to use shortcuts and bonus gates etc.
