there's no website, no reachable server... no info on the login screen...
Did Iran nuke Iceland cause Mahmud lost his Apoc to server lag? |

Dude,
I have been trying to find out. ign.com suggests that the character database was under threat of corruption and they shut down until further notice. Cant see what time but it does not look good. Possible character data loss is not a good prospect.
Just hope they at least get the website up soon to let us know wtf is going on. |

serverswent down at about 12:59 gmt they said that they would be back at around 13:20 gmt but nada so far

Yeah I was playing and an msg popped up saying the server was shutting down, after that for a short while there was a msg saying more news when they had then nothing.
gutted big time. Normally you can go to the forums but the whole site is down.
Talk of char corruption worries me in a big way, lets hope thats not the case.
what am I ment to do now? I've been playing EvE that long I have no other games LOL. |

what would a rollback mean for the standard player do you know?

Well I was about to goto bed when it came back up so I went on for 1/2 hour that turned into most of the night lol.
At least its sorted and there wasn't any rollbacks or anything! |
