Who can enter?

How to Enter/How to Win
1. To enter this contest, each contestant is required to submit his/her email, choose the inception time of www.swagvault.com and guess the final participants number of this contest. Entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. , Nov. 2, 2007. Entries submitted after this deadline will be disqualified.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Contest.
3. Contestants are required to provide a valid e-mail. If Eveinfo.com determines that any entry form contains false or fraudulent E-mail, such entry will be disqualified and the contestant who submitted the form will be prohibited from participating in this Contest.
